When will my print be dispatched?
Please allow 5–7 days for dispatch. Please allow 3 days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. UK delivery is included in the print price.
What sizes can I choose?
A5 (14.8 × 21 cm), A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm). Select a size on the print page to see its price.
Does my print include a frame?
No. Your matte print arrives carefully packaged, ready for your own frame. Frames and mounts in our photos are for styling only.
How do I personalise my print?
Enter the name, character name, dates and show on the product page, plus any optional notes. Please double-check the spelling before adding it to your basket.
I made a mistake in my personalisation. What should I do?
Email hello@theoffbookco.com within 2 hours of purchasing with your order reference and the correct details. After that, your print may already be in the works, so we cannot guarantee a change.
Can I return a print?
Personalised prints are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. For standard prints, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return, then send your print back within a further 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the full returns terms.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@theoffbookco.com with your order reference and a description. Photos of the print and packaging can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange the appropriate remedy.
Where do I buy a digital journal?
Use the Buy on Etsy button on the journal page, or visit our Etsy shop. Your digital purchase and download are handled through Etsy.
Can I buy a physical journal?
Physical journal editions are coming soon. The current editions are digital PDFs.
How will I know my order went through?
After payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your print details and a PDF purchase confirmation. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it. Contact us if it is missing.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver within the UK only.
