Your details

The OffBookCo is run by Gracie Briggs, who is responsible for your personal information. We collect the contact details, delivery address, order details and personalisation you provide. Please only include information needed for your order and make sure you can share any recipient’s details.

How we use them

We use your details to process your order, create your print, send proofs and updates, arrange delivery and help with queries or returns. We do this to fulfil your order, meet legal obligations and protect the shop against fraud or disputes. Ordering does not sign you up to marketing, and we do not sell your information.

Payments and sharing

Payments are handled securely by Stripe; this website does not store your full card details. We share information only as needed with our payment, hosting, email and delivery providers, or where required by law. Digital purchases through Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s privacy policy.

Keeping your information

We keep records for as long as needed for your order, support, legal and accounting requirements, or any ongoing dispute. Details are saved when you continue to payment, even if you do not complete your purchase. Your browser also remembers your basket and entered details in the same tab using session storage, which you can clear through your browser settings.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy where these rights apply. Some records must be kept for legal reasons. Contact hello@theoffbookco.com; we normally respond within one month.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
