The OffBookCo is run by Gracie Briggs, trading as The OffBookCo. For order enquiries or complaints, contact hello@theoffbookco.com.

Please email us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Your prints
Prints have a matte finish. Frames and mounts are not included. Sizes and designs are shown on each product page. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Ordering & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Your total is shown before payment. Pay securely through Stripe and receive your order confirmation by email.
Personalisation
Please check your details and spelling before ordering. We print the personalisation you provide. For corrections, email us within 2 hours of purchasing. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts. For Custom Prints, we email a proof within 24 hours for your approval before printing. Please check it carefully; no further design changes can be made after approval. Allow 5–7 days for dispatch after approval.
Delivery
UK delivery is included. Please allow 5–7 days for dispatch. Please allow 3 days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. We currently deliver within the UK only. Contact us if your order is delayed or missing.
Personalised print returns
Prints made to your personal specifications cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items still apply.
Standard print returns
Email us to cancel within 14 days of delivery, then return within 14 days. You pay return postage. We refund your original payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting, whichever is sooner.

You can use this form or simply email us to cancel.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Email us with your order reference and details of the issue, with photos if possible. We’ll arrange the remedy you’re entitled to and cover reasonable return costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected, including for personalised prints.

Digital journals are purchased and downloaded through our Etsy shop. The Etsy listing explains the details and terms for your purchase.
